Hey everyone how are you ?

Im here to explain about one of 3 Freshment Enrichment Programme (FEP) calles General Orientation (GO) .An event that was held by Bina Nusantara (BINUS) university for new students that just got in.

General orientation or GO is an event that helps new students to understand about BINUS.

General Orientation has 10 sessions to explain which take 5 days for the event

There are :

Briefing , Binus way , binus maya , binusian journey , bunga rampai , kerohanian , expo , kebersamaan , sukses kuliah dan aturan tata tertib kehidupan and perkuliahan registrasi dan ujian .

Briefing

On the very beggining all binusians are gathered in 1 class to get to know their friend  and were introduced to their buddy coordinator (BC) whom will be and help them for the next 4 days.

They were told about what they have to wear on the next 4 days , what should they bring and  general what do and dont things in binus and yel yel.

Binus maya

Binus maya is a sessions where we all get told about the uses of binus maya , how we register , change our password , see our class , our IPK , SAT and many more.

Sukses kuliah dan tata tertib kampus

This is a session where all binusians are told about how to succeed in university, how to get A , how to set their goal and their must do  ,and more specified do and dont things in binus university.

Perkuliahan,  registrasi dan ujian

This is a session which all binusian are told about the uses of binusian flazz card , how to register for the next subject , how to know if they are eligible to print their kmk or no , how to calculate their grade or IP.

Binus way

In this session all binusian are introduced to what have binus achieved, what is binus mission vision and long term goals and also the history of binus from the beginning until now.

Binusian journey

This is a ssession where we were told what is the use of academic orientation, general orientation and campus life orientation, and also we were told that going to university isnt just amout ip or hardskill but also about soft skills, how we make as much connection as we could and how to be useful.

Bunga rampai

Bunga rampai is a sessions which all unit kegiatan mahasiswa introduce and persentated their own UKM , what is their ukm about , what to do their and what benefits of joining them.

Kebersamaaan

Kebersamaan is a session which all class showed their yel yel in alc infront of everybody

Expo 

Expo is the final showdown of the general orientation event where there were a bazaar that was held for the new binusian to join what ukm they wanted to be involved , get to know more about the ukm and many more .
